Shipping policy

    Delivery times: DinoBike's delivery time is 7 to 15 working days from confirmation of payment. If there are any unforeseen circumstances that delay delivery, we will contact you to inform you of the new delivery details.
    Delivery address: Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Make sure the address is complete and correct before finalizing the purchase.
    Shipping: We offer free shipping for all purchases over €10.
    Carrier: DinoBike uses eager and reputable carriers to make deliveries. The customer will receive a tracking code to follow the status of the delivery.
    Receipt of the Product: Upon receipt of the product, the customer must check that it is in perfect condition and in accordance with what was described on the website. If there are any discrepancies, please contact us at info@dinobike.pt.
