Refund policy

Here at DinoBike, we want to ensure that you are always satisfied with your purchases. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a period of 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product for exchanges or returns.

If you would like to request an exchange or return of a product, please contact us on 351 929024230 or by e-mail at info@dinobike.pt . We will advise you on the next steps for the return or exchange.

In order for us to carry out the exchange or return, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with identification label and original packaging. The deadline for exchange or return is up to 30 days after receiving the product in our store.

In the event of a refund, the amount will be returned to the customer according to the payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be processed within 7 working days of confirmation that the product has been returned.
